For caps , hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying. Air dry flat, keeping the inner cardboard inside to preserve the shape.

For jerseys , wash separately at 40°C (delicate cycle) with neutral detergent, air dry and do not bleach.
